If the Force Majeure event continues for more than three months with no reasonable possibility of resuming obligations, either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice to the other party.

If the contract is terminated due to Force Majeure, both parties are released from any further responsibilities under the contract, except for the settlement of financial obligations for services rendered before the Force Majeure event.
